- Express of interest form (EOI) should be submitted as preliminary step
- The EOI pool draw: After selecting form the pool you will be sent ITA. In this application you have to fill all the particulars such as your financial and documents of other factors.
- Final assessment process: This step begins, only when we receive your dually completed application form supported by documents supporting your points claim
- Final Decision on Application: When the selection panel approves your application then the application will be sent for work residence permit.
Family Categories
For permanent residence: On the basis of family visa regulation you should be one of the following groups.
- Partner Policy: You can join the legal partner, who is a citizen or permanent resident of Newzaeland or citizen of Newzealand...
- Dependent child: As dependent child you can reunite with your parents having Newzaeland citizen ship.
- Parent Policy: Being a parent you can reunite with your legal child having Newzaeland citizenship.
- Brother/Sister/Adult child: You are allowed to reunite with them provided they are already Newzealand Citizens.

Business Category for Investors
Your application should be started with expression of interest (EOI) following are the pre requisite factors to be considered.
- You must have minimum potentiality to invest NZ dollar 2 millions.
- Make sure you are under 56 years of age.
- You must have minimum of 5 years of business experience.
- You should be in good health and having good conduct.
- You should meet minimum standards of English language.
Entrepreneur Category:
Under this Category the applicant need to.
- Have successfully established a business in Newzaeland that is beneficial to the country.
- Have good health conduct.
- Be sure, that he/she have not applied for or been granted social welfare benefits in Newzealand.
Employees of Relocating Business category:
To apply under this category the owner of the Business need to prove to Newzealand immigration services (NZIS) that the business will operate in Newzealand, which would be beneficial for the economy of the country.
Work permits (employment visa )
- Basically the Neuzealander employer has to get an approval in principle form NzIS
- In order to employ workers for temporary vacancies as per the demand list.
- After the approval the employer provides the details of the employee to the work permit then they will process the employee documents though their branch office (NZIS) Once work visa is granted the worker has to apply once again for work permit upon arrival to Newzealand.
- Wok visa will be issued for 3 years stay and may be subjected for renewal based on shortage list criteria. Persons on work permit can apply subsequently for resident permit
