Sunita Phadnis-Otto is a qualified Indian Advocate and Solicitor (England and Wales). She is registered as a European attorney with the Frankfurt bar council. After having practised in India for 5 years as an Advocate, she worked in Germany for 6 years with major international law firms. In April 2003 she set up her own law firm to serve the growing needs of Asian clients doing business in Germany.
She is specialised on advising foreign companies intending to set up a business in Germany, particularly on structuring of a business, formation of companies or partnerships, establishment of branch offices, drafting various agreements under German law like framework agreements, project related agreements, employment law related matters, work permits for IT-engineers and foreign management of German companies, corporate and commercial matters.
