Terms and Conditions
To be a business associate of I-CAREER CONSULTANCY GmbH, please note the following points given below.
• Business associate and free lance agents is one who has entered into a written contract with the company
• Such business associates and free lance agents cannot appoint sub-business associates or franchisees and free lance agents to improve their business. Such kind of plans may be discussed and approval sought in writing from the Managing director, I-CAREER CONSULTANCY GmbH Germany.
• Such arrangement with business associates and free lance agents is valid for the town/city approved and agreed for and for the duration as determined in the agreement.
• Financial terms and conditions governing the business associate/ franchisees and free lance agents arrangement, which form part of the written agreement, will be determined in mutual consultation and acceptance.
• As our company policy we trust in transparency and commitment, our business associate has to give the information to our clients as we have given in information list, if they give wrong information to any clients for that they are responsible for their own.
• The business associate or its staff members are not allowed to do the similar business or employment which is in direct competition with the business of I-CAREER CONSULTANCY GmbH. The Managing director will have the rights to terminate the agreement immediately if such an instance comes to its notice. Further legal action will be initiated to redress the situation, through courts of laws and/or by arbitration.
• The Director will provide services to the students of business associates/franchisees to the best of its abilities and as per the terms and conditions applicable such package/ service accepted for. However, the director or company is not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever, to either the students and/ or associates, because of changes in the policies and procedures of universities, companies, agents with which the Director deals.
• Any dispute to subject to redressed with in the legal jurisdiction of Dresden Germany for European and for India Hyderabad city Andhra Pradesh India.

- 3 months bank statement
- Copies of agency agreement if any

- Rental/lease agreement giving details of the office area
